1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between betsapi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services available at https://betsapi.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised interfaces.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of all terms in force at that time.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created by an individual on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account wallet, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any credited bonuses (subject to applicable wagering requirements).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other incentive amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification, proof of address, and age confirmation as required by the Platform.
• "MYR" and "RM" refer to Malaysian Ringgit, the default transactional currency of the Platform.
• "Platform" means the website accessible at https://betsapi.cam and all services, games, and betting markets provided through it.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the use of the Platform is explicitly restricted or illegal under local law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they qualify for withdrawal, as specified per applicable promotion.

3 Account Eligibility

To register an Account with betsapi, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. betsapi does not accept registrations from individuals below this age under any circumstances.
• You are registering as a private individual acting in your own personal capacity, not as a professional, agent, or representative of any business entity.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of betsapi, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by betsapi for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not suffering from, nor seeking recovery from, a recognised gambling disorder, and are not registered with any self-exclusion programme that would apply to betsapi.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

betsapi is committed to responsible operation and compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. All Users are required to complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian MyKad (National Registration Identity Card) or a valid passport.
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership where required (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement showing account holder name).

betsapi reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage, including for high-value transactions or where suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions or closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify betsapi immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is RM50. betsapi accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). All deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are processed in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment channel.

betsapi does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own standard transaction charges, which are outside betsapi's control.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within approximately 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. betsapi reserves the right to conduct additional verification before releasing withdrawal funds.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests that include Bonus Funds must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before those funds can be released.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on betsapi are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted and converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may be processed in the original cryptocurrency at the equivalent MYR value at the time of withdrawal, subject to betsapi's discretion.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

betsapi offers various promotional incentives to registered Users, including welcome bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, referral programmes, and VIP loyalty rewards. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. One bonus per account, per promotion period, unless stated otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. Welcome bonus wagering requirements are typically between 20x and 30x the bonus amount. The exact multiplier is published on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses must be used within the expiry period specified. Expired, unused bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account balance.
• Certain game types (such as live betting, specific slot games, or table games) may contribute at reduced rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are published per promotion.
• betsapi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of suspected bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, using VPN services to circumvent eligibility restrictions, or coordinated betting to exploit promotional terms — betsapi may void bonuses and associated winnings and suspend the relevant Account(s).

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets are subject to betsapi's acceptance. betsapi reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has concluded, where there is evidence of a system error, or where odds were published in error.

7.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event, match, or competition as determined by the recognised governing body. In the case of disputed results, betsapi may delay settlement pending confirmation of the official outcome.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market and event type and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement. betsapi reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any Account based on betting history, risk assessment, or other operational considerations.

7.4 System Errors

In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds, an unavailable market, or a failed transaction, betsapi reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the applicable Account. Winnings derived from a demonstrable system error will not be paid out.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account (whether under the same or different personal details).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform software for personal gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, VPN services, or coordinated strategies to circumvent promotional terms.
• Attempting to place bets using funds obtained through fraudulent payment methods, chargebacks, or stolen financial instruments.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betsapi staff or other users through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the betsapi Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphic design elements, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, video, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of betsapi or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from betsapi.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betsapi's total aggregate liability to any User — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that User into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betsapi shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity, whether or not betsapi was advised of the possibility of such damages.

betsapi does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses resulting from service outages, maintenance periods, network failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events beyond betsapi's reasonable control.

11 Responsible Gambling

betsapi is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. All responsible gambling tools are available free of charge to all registered Users and take effect immediately upon activation.

betsapi strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years of age. We may suspend access to the Platform for any User who we reasonably believe is at risk of gambling-related harm, pending contact from a responsible gambling support professional.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Closure by betsapi

betsapi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity or KYC documentation.
• Failure to comply with a request for additional KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal use of the Platform.
• Identification of the Account holder as a minor.
• A valid self-exclusion request made by the Account holder or on their behalf.

12.2 Closure by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting betsapi's support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon closure, your remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betsapi holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through betsapi's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Malaysian Users acknowledge that online gambling is regulated under Malaysian law, specifically the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953, and that it is their personal responsibility to understand and comply with applicable Malaysian law. betsapi does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

betsapi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betsapi will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email notification or a prominent notice displayed upon login. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the changes take effect.
